Ammuurrian Tribal Governance for Moorish-Americans
With currently, 35 Moorish American National sovereigns within the Ammuurian Tribe, we strive to have a diplomatic formal relationship with the UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION (U.S.A) and all other forms of governments throughout the Dominion Empire . Our tribal members are located throughout the North, Central, and South American territories. The Ammuurian Republic government exercises jurisdiction over all tribal members and land within the territories of the Dominion Empire.
The Ammuurian Republic will enforce the U.S. Constitution, as well as the Moorish Zodiac Constitution, and encourage all tribal members and citizens of all governments and jurisdictions to do the same. In doing so, we will honor the relationship between the Moroccan Empire and the United States as described in the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1786-1836 (still enforced).
SOVEREIGNTY. We maintain the power, as a Sovereign Nation, to determine our own governmental affairs, pass and enforce laws upon our own lands. The Ammuurian Tribe will seek to uplift fallen humanity by living according to all divine laws, constitutional laws, and international laws. Our Sovereign Nation, and its Tribal Members, has the right to a name and nationality and shall have the power of self government dictated by our treaty and executive orders between the Moorish Empire and the United States.
Moorish American Declaration and Proclamation for Self Governance
International Law. Moorish-Americans, being the rightful Heirs and Aboriginal and Indigenous Natural Peoples of the Land, have and exercise the divine and natural rights to proclaim our Attributes, Names, Titles and Nationality.
Moors / Muurs have and exercise our divine and natural rights to live in freedom, peace and security as distinct People and to full guarantees against genocide or any acts of violence, including the removal of our natural birthed seed or offspring from our families and communities under any pretext. In addition, Moors have the individual rights to life, physical and mental integrity, liberty and security of person.
Moors / Muurs have and exercise the divine and natural rights to revitalize, use, develop, and to transmit to our future generations their histories, their languages, oral traditions, philosophies, writing systems and literatures, and to designate and retain their own names for communities, places, and person. States shall take effective measures, whenever any rights of Moors / Muurs may be threatened, to ensure this right is protected, and also to ensure that they can understand and be understood in political, legal and administrative proceedings, where necessary through the provision of interpretation or by other appropriate means.
As a self governing Sovereign Nation of Moorish Americans with the Ammuurian Republic, we intend to provide certain services and programs including, but not limited to, emergency services, social programs, business opportunities, education, and land and resource management. Our three (3) branches of government is established to carryout love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice to these program and service areas.
Ammuurian Republic Three Branches of Government
Executive Branch. The executive branch of the Ammuurian Tribe of Moorish Americans is in charge of execution of laws of the Ammuurian Nation and delegation of authority as to provide for the daily operations of all enterprises and programs created and maintained by the Ammuurian Tribal Government.
Judicial Branch. The Ammuurian Tribe Judicial Branch of government consists of two (2) courts, the Supreme Court and the Grand Virtual Court. Each court is open to all citizens, nationals, and entities throughout the entire Dominion Empire. We also work in relations with the Moorish American Consulate Court.
Legislative Branch. The Ammuurian Tribal Council is the lawmaking branch of the Ammuurian Republic. The tribal council consists of elected tribal members. The Tribal Council represents the Ammuurian Tribal nationals who domicile within the tribes service jurisdiction within all the Dominion Empire; North, South Central America and adjoining islands (Northwest Amexem / Southwest Amexem / Al Moroc).
Emergency Response Management. The Ammuurian Tribe Emergency Response Management (ATERM) team is comprised of tribal members of many sectors throughout the Ammuurian Republic government. The team prepares for and responds to emergencies and disasters that occur within the Ammuurian Nation.
Rudder and Sextant and Officials Duties and Obligations
The Grandmother Council is the council of elders in which decision making comes from their guidance of Allah and distributed to the rest of the tribe, based off importance decisions to be made.
The Amir is the ruler, commander, a Chief, or Nobleman. It includes the various high offices in a Moorish State.
The Seyaraha Wa Khateeb Al’ Majlis is the pilot or navigator.
The Qazi is the magistrate or Chief Judge, elected by the people, or appointed by the ruler of the State. The office must be held by one who is an adult, a Free Moor, a Sane Moor, and unconvicted of slander.
Wazir Al’ Rais is the first, the prime, or most prominent. Prime Minister is one who bears the responsibilities of administration of government.
The Sutrah is the sergeant at arms of the Majlis. He bears the duty of protecting the sultan and the council of the elders, as well as the flag, talisman, and all vestments of power. The executive officer of a select company of muftis chosen to function as the (Hujratul ‘Harrison): Chamber Guardians.
The Shariff is the executive officer of the (Mushraff) Police and head Mufti of the training academy. He carries out the decision of the Qazi, has investigating powers, and is responsible for the general Public Safety.
The Rasm is the recorder, keeper and secretary.
The Mufti is the officer who executes the law.
The Wazir is the advisor and secretary of the state.
The Wali is the researcher, advisor, or coordinates a specific project for one of the departments of Government. The Wali is appointed to their post by a lower officer.
