NAME CORRECTION, PROCLAMATION AND JUDICIAL NOTICE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before choosing your Appellation/Free National Name it is important to make a few points to make your selection and sealing of your paperwork and receipt of your Nationality cards a seamless operation.
Before choosing your Appellation/Free National Name it is important to make a few points to make your selection and sealing of your paperwork and receipt of your Nationality cards a seamless operation.
- Give serious, prayerful or meaning thought to the selection of your Appellation/Free National Name! Do not arbitrarily throw together every so-called “conscious” word or phrase as part of your Appellation/Free National Name. In other words, [and no disrespect is meant to anyone who, may have already done this] it would not be prudent to select an Appellation/Free National Name that is lengthy or difficult to write or pronounce. Consider an appellation that is indicative either of who you are or who you aspire to be in meaning. Made up Appellations/Free National Names may hold negative vibrations or meanings that bring unwanted energies or outcomes in your life; for each time that Appellation/Free National Name is spoken it invokes a spell!
- Do not select a title, such as, King, Queen, Prince, Empress, Emperor, etc. as part of your Appellation/Free National Name. This is called a “pre-title;” and there are no pre-titles in an Appellation/Free National Name. For example, King Baylor Rahim Bey may be what you call yourself, but your actual paperwork should say Baylor Rahim Bey.
- Do not arbitrarily take the appellation “Ali” as part of your Appellation/Free National Name. Although Moors often take this title, “Ali” is a title of Mastery, evidenced, among other things, by published scholarship.
- Do not select an Appellation/Free National Name that includes multiple titles, i.e., Baylor Rahim El Bey or El Baylor Rahim Bey. In these examples, the Appellation/Free National Name should be either Baylor Rahim El or Baylor Rahim Bey!
- When completing your paperwork, if the insertion sections are in “red” ink, make sure to change the ink color to “black” after making your inserts so the entire document type is a continuous flow of the same ink color. In other words, do not submit your paperwork in with both red and black ink in the body of the paperwork.
- When completing your paperwork, make sure your Free National Name is written in Upper and Lower case letters, while the STRAW NAME is written in ALL CAPS!
- Make sure to print your paperwork on 8 ½ x 14 inch (legal-sized) paper.
- When autographing (signing) your paperwork, you and your witnesses are to sign in “red” ink.
- If family members and friends Nationalize and complete their paperwork at the same time, it is permissible to “witness” each other’s paperwork in their Appellation/Free National Name.
- Make sure to update the M.C. (Moorish Calendar year) on the template to coincide with the actual year being used. For example, 1998 A.D. is 1418 M.C., while 2019 A.D. is 1439 M.C.
