The Ammuurian Tribe is an aboriginal nation-state at North America (Northwest Amexem) working to strengthen the distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions of the Moorish Empire.

In compliance with national and international law, pursuant to the United Nation Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIPs) and American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIPs) charters, control by indigenous peoples over developments affecting them and their lands, territories and resources will enable indigenous peoples to maintain and strengthen their institutions, cultures and traditions, and to promote their development in accordance with their aspirations and needs.

Indigenous peoples have collective rights that are indispensable for their existence, well-being, and integral development as peoples. In this regard, the member states of the United Nations and the Organization of American States recognize and respect, the right of Moorish Americans to their collective action; to their juridical, social, political, and economic systems or institutions; to their own cultures; to profess and practice their spiritual beliefs; and to their lands, territories and resources.

Moorish Americans have the right to maintain and determine their own priorities with respect to their political, economic, social, and cultural development in conformity with their own world view; and the right to be guaranteed the enjoyment of their own means of subsistence and development, and to engage freely in all their economic activities. This right includes the development of policies, plans, programs, and strategies in the exercise of their right to development and to implement them in accordance with their political and social organization, norms and procedures, their own world views and institutions.

The Ammuurian Tribe is actively involved in developing and determining development programs affecting our lands, territories and resources at North America, to administer such programs through our departmental institutions. States shall establish diplomatic relations with Moorish American Nationals and departmental leaders of the Ammuurian Tribe to consult, cooperate, and to negotiate investment opportunities (FDIs) and trade agreements concerning lands, territories and resources of Al-Moroccan dominion.

We are seeking to attract potential prospects through online and offline communication efforts. In the near future, we will be working to organize conferences, workshops, and seminars with intentions to promote multilateral and bilateral agreements and investments.
