STATUS - A person's legal condition.
JURISDICTION - A government's general power to exercise authority.
ADJUDICATION - The legal process of resolving an argument.
PERSON - Non-human and corporation. ( Cornell Law School )
ARTIFICIAL PERSON - An entity created by law and given certain rights and duties. ( US Legal )
ALLEGIANCE - To obey political policies. When one owes allegiance, they must obey the rules of the community.
POLICY - The general principles, rules, or guidelines for the De Facto government.
DE FACTO - Fake, illegitimate, legal, and the opposite of De Jure.
DE JURE - Real, legitimate, lawful, and the opposite of De Facto.
CITIZEN - Is a member of a political community and owing allegiance to that community.
DUE PROCESS OF LAW - Fair treatment through normal judicial system to protect individuals private rights. Proven to be guilty.
PRIVILEGE - Special legal right granted to a person. A person without rights is given privileges.
NATURAL RIGHT - One who has the rights to live without rules to a political community. Natural rights is a birthright by the Creator.
SOVEREIGN - A person with independent and supreme authority over his/her own life.
