Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does 'Ammuurian' mean?
A: The word "Ammuurian" comes from the latin word "Amor" which means Love, which is one of our leading principles. The word also ties back to the ancient word "Lemurian" from our distant ancestors and ties back to all Moors/Muurs globally.
Q: How do I qualify to become a member of the Ammuurian Tribe?
A: If you have been misclassified as Negro, Black, Colored, African-American, or Indian and you live within the Dominion Empire, then you qualified to become an Ammuurian Tribe member. You are the original "copper-colored" peoples of North, Central, South America and the adjoining islands. You are deserving of this opportunity.
Q: What's the purpose behind the monthly dues?
A: The Prophet said it best, "I need fiances and I need it bad.." It takes finances to raise up a nation. This is why we ask for monthly dues. Our nation cannot grow without the help of our members. We are restoring the Moorish Empire and that requires your full participation. The monthly dues go towards the Moorish National Taxes and member benefits. Members will have access to the financial records so that they may know where the dues are being spent. We stand in honor of our ancient foremothers and forefathers and we are fully transparent as we have nothing to hide.
Q: Are the monthly dues actually "fees" or "expenses?"
A: No! The Ammuurian Tribe does not charge fees to its members or have expenses which are typically passed on to citizens of Corporate Ward Nation States.
Q: Can I become a tribal member without paying due?
A: Yes! You may sign up to become a Basic Tribal Member. With this level of membership you are not obligated to pay dues. This level of membership does limit your tribal benefits and involvement you would normally get by being a Core Tribal Member.
Q: Do I have to live (domicile) near Maryland Territory to become a Tribal Member?
A: No. You may domicile within any territory of the Dominion Empire; North, Central, South America and adjoining islands (Northwest/Southwest Amexem).
Q: Are Tribal Members of the Ammuurian Tribe also called Moorish American Sovereign Citizens?
A: No! Tribal Members of the Ammurian Tribe are called Moorish American Nationals. Although our tribal members are sovereign to the land, we are not "Sovereign Citizens" or "Moorish Sovereign Citizens." There is no such thing as a "sovereign citizen" and such a term is called a "misnomer" as you cannot be a "sovereign" and a "citizen" at the same time! If anyone calls you a "sovereign citizen" or "Moorish American Sovereign Citizen" or "Moorish Sovereign Citizen" you must correct them immediately.
Q: Is the Ammuurian Tribe a Nonprofit Organization?
A: No. The Ammuurian Tribe is an aboriginal sovereign nation-state dedicated to the upliftment of fallen humanity. We do not carry or hold a 501 (c)(3), and do not need the recognition or permission of any foreign corporation doing business upon our land.
Q: Is the Ammuurian Tribe a Black Religious Organization?
A: No! The Ammuurian Tribe is an aboriginal sovereign nation-state with the rights of self-governance. We have the protection and the right of self-governance as this is our birthright. Our birthright of self-governance is protected by International Laws. See; Universal Declaration of Human Rights and United Nation Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. The Ammuurian Tribe honors all supreme laws of the land, and does not infringe on the inalienable rights (natural rights) of human beings to live in pursuit of happiness.
Q: What are the Supreme Laws of the land?
A: The supreme law of the land is the constitution and its treaties. In the case of North America (Northwest Amexem) the supreme laws of the land would be the United States Constitution, Zodiac Constitution, and the Treaty of Peace and Friendship Between Morocco and the United States of 1786-1836 (still enforced). Anything outside of the supreme laws of the land are statutes, codes, resolutions, and ordinances - which are not "laws" but corporate/public policies! This is not to say that all corporate and public policies are bad. This simply means that all corporate and public policies (jurisdiction) may be challenged at any time if the individual feels that a particular policy violates their inalienable (natural) rights, and does not honor and uphold the constitution and its treaties.
Q: What does the term "Black" mean in law?
A: In law, the term "black" means Civiliter Mortuus. The term literally means "Civilly Dead" or "dead in the view of the law." This is why Moorish Americans should NEVER identify as being "black Americans" or "Negro" or "Colored" or "African-American" peoples as all of these terms are misnomers and cannot identify human beings.
Q: Is the Ammuurian Tribe anti-government?
A: No! The Ammuurian Tribe, and our tribal members, are upright nationals and honor the supreme laws of the land. Our mission is to uplift fallen humanity and live according to the divine principles of love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice. We are not rebellious or anti-government and we do not identify as so-called sovereign citizens or adhere to these processes and procedures.
