Ammuurian Tribe of the Moorish Empire
Whereas, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe are the descendants of the ancient Moabites, Hamites, and Canaanites who were permitted by the Old Pharaohs of Kemet to traverse from East Africa and later formed themselves kingdoms extending from the northwestern and southwestern shores of Africa, the Atlantic Islands, and onto the present-day continental Americas; who founded the dominion of Amexem and are the true possessors of the present Moroccan Empire; and
Whereas, Morocco was the first country to recognize the United States by opening its ports to U.S. ships by decree of Sultan Mohammed III in 1777 and by formally recognizing the United States by signing a treaty of peace and friendship in 1786, a document that remains the longest unbroken relationship in U.S. history; and
Whereas, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe are a society of Moorish Americans that strive to promote peace and harmony in our republic, to help one another become productive, industrious and noble American citizens, and to support the rights and principles enshrined in the Constitution for the United States of America and the binding Treaties; and
Whereas, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe, being aboriginal to the territories of North, Central, and South Americas, have formed a sovereign theocratic government guided by the command principles of love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice through virtue of the universal right to self-determination as well with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples guaranteed in the charter; the OAS American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the OAS American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man guaranteed in the charter; and
Whereas, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe has established consular functions, affirming the rules of customary international law, in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; for the purpose and mission to contribute to the development of friendly relations among nations, for the preservation and security of extraterritorial rights, and to exercise the right to travel, maintain and develop contacts, relations and cooperation with indigenous peoples and nationals divided by international borders; and
Whereas, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe reserve the right to the dignity and diversity of their cultures and their gospels, traditions, and history; the right to promote the inherent rights of indigenous peoples which derive from their political, economic and social structures from the original union of cultures in the Americas; and the right to freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development within the principal place of business and borders of their allodial lands; and
Resolved, The Moorish Ammuurian Tribe of the Moorish Empire, in honor, hereby declare peace and commitment to the longstanding relationship between Moorish and Christian Powers, recognizing the good standing between Morocco and the United States, and proclaim dedication to the common values and principles intrinsic to the Constitution and the laws of Nature and of Nature’s God
